ZZHT is a high-tech enterprise combining designing, production and sales in the mechanical industry. There are more than 180 employees, including more than 20 technical research and development team, 8 senior engineers, 2 professor-level Senior engineers, 15 engineer and technologists.

ZZHT is located in new material industrial park Zhengzhou, Henan, China. The enterprise covers an area of 71295?, with planning construction area about 68661 ?, so far, the building area is 23000 ?.

Casting & machining Department---Mainly engaged in producing high quality castings and machining mechanical parts. ZZHT has an experienced Technology center to ensure its strong product development and machining capability.

ZZHT has a special steel casting production line of an annual productivity of 5000 tons, matched with two 2 Tons Medium Frequency furnaces , one 0.75 Ton Medium Frequency Furncace, and One 3 Tons AOD furnace.

1 set infra red mould drying furnace, 2 core shooters, 3 MPI test machines, sand lab & mechanical test lab, 1 Shimadzu direct reading spectrometer,  6 computer-controlled fiber heat treatment furnaces , 1 CMM, 6 CNC and other more than 20 machines, The production would be up to 10000 Ton when the transformation finished.

The company is the global certification supplier for CAMERON and GE oil and gas, supplying high pressure valves and casting conforming to API 6A, API 6D. ZZHT also supplies castings to Wabtec Corporation, the castings are widely used for braking system and connecting system in subway and passenger trains.

Drying Equipment Department—- mainly engaged in wheat, rice, corn, soybean, rapeseed, sunflower, etc grain drying, peanuts, rapeseed, sunflower, soybean products aroma, such as stir-fry, tobacco, flos lonicerae, radix rehmanniae, dried apricots, chrysanthemum, dehydrated vegetables, all kinds of fruit, medicinal herbs, vegetables, seafood, such as wood of low-temperature dehydration equipment design and manufacturing. The company owns "Henan province dry technology engineering center", has strong drying equipment design and development ability.

Environment Protection Machine Department—Mainly in designing and producing environment protection equipment, such as the equipment of animal fermentation of excrement, solid-liquid separation, dust removal, and sulfur removal etc.

The auto washing machine Department - the main production of 360 degree non - contact automatic car washing machine.

New Product Research &Development Department - mainly engaged in the research, development, design, test and the application of new technology in the new products.

Dry and environmental protection equipment Department is mainly in domestic, some exports,

customers in food processing, storage, animal and plant oil processing, feed processing and treatment of animal manure in pig column, and the organic fertilizer production and other industries.
